General information on data processing

For the purposes of this statement, "personal data" means information that personally identifies you, such as your name, address, date of birth, telephone number or e-mail address. As a matter of principle, we do not process or store any personal data of our users in this version of EcoTool.

Collection of data for system security

When the app is accessed for the first time, access data transmitted by your Internet browser is automatically stored in a log file on the hosting server.

This is the following data record:

• Date and time of the server request
• Browser type and other device information
• URL of the page called up
• Referrer-URL
• IP address of the contacting device

These log files are stored by us once for system security purposes, in particular to defend against attempted attacks on the web servers.

Storage of entered data

Currently, EcoTool stores entered data only locally in the cache of the browser used or locally on the user's device. The hosting server does not store any of the entered data. If the browser's cache is cleared without first saving the entries as a project, the entered information disappears.

Retrieving Vimeo videos

On our app, you can watch videos embedded from Vimeo (a product of IAC/InterActiveCorp, 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011, USA). By clicking on the clips, you consent to the processing of data about you by Vimeo. You can find out the terms of use at https://vimeo.com/privacy .

Links to other internet sites or apps for downloading

This Privacy Policy applies only to this App and not to websites owned by third parties. To the extent that our App contains links to third-party Internet sites or offers apps for download, this Privacy Policy does not apply. Although ZPF endeavors to ensure that these third party owned websites meet the highest standards, ZPF cannot guarantee or assume any liability for them. Please refer to the respective other websites or apps for information on the privacy policies applicable there.

No rights can be derived from the information provided on this app. Changes and typing errors are reserved, ZPF strives to keep the information as complete, correct and up-to-date as possible.

We assume no liability for damages of any kind resulting from the use, incompleteness or errors of the app. The user bears sole full responsibility for the data he/she enters and his/her usage behavior. ZPF assumes no liability or responsibility for the accuracy/validity for the content generated by the users.
